Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Oxford, to help drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise contract profitability through effective cost management and value engineering.
  • Provide accurate quotations to clients for variations and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks, including site management and quality control.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly cost and value reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform other daily tasks associated with a Quantity Surveyor role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks, with a strong understanding of site management and quality control.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in value engineering and cost management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
