Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Oxford, to help drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise contract profitability through effective cost management and value engineering.
- Provide accurate quotations to clients for variations and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks, including site management and quality control.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly cost and value reports to stakeholders.
- Perform other daily tasks associated with a Quantity Surveyor role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks, with a strong understanding of site management and quality control.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in value engineering and cost management.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
