Job Description

**Role:** Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Response Informatics. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UK and EU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UK and EU.
  • Develop and implement action plans to target specific markets and customer segments.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
  • Cold calling, business networking, and lead generation using business intelligence tools.
  • Daily reporting to the General Manager on tasks accomplished.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in UK and EU recruitment.
  • Ability to work independently to generate leads and manage relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
