Knight Temple Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join a highly successful, directly authorised specialist mortgage brokerage in Godalming.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a company with ambitious growth plans and contribute to the success of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to mortgage advisors in the processing of loan applications
Keying accurate data to lenders and supplying relevant information to support lending decisions
Assessing the validity of documents and organising them to a level where all required paperwork is compliantly in place
Managing a pipeline of cases in a fast-paced environment, dealing with workflows and prioritising accordingly
Booking appointments and managing the diary of colleagues when requested
Completing MI tracking and business case level monitoring
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgage administration, ideally with knowledge of Buy-to-Let (BTL)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent proof-reading skills
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
