As a Senior Actuary, you will be responsible for providing high-quality actuarial services to clients within the Private Sector Pensions team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at a senior level, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide actuarial advice and valuations to clients in the Private Sector
  • Develop and implement new propositions and services to drive business growth
  • Participate in the preparation of technical papers for internal and external publications
  • Mentor and lead less experienced team members
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fellow member of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries (or equivalent actuarial qualifications)
  • Strong technical pensions background, covering investment and actuarial advice and valuations
  • Experience of bulk transfers and employee benefits issues
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual with a strong consulting background
