Black Fox Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a care home in Newry, Northern Ireland. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to a diverse resident group and contributing to a positive and supportive working environment.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to cover a maternity leave position. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
* Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges.
* Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort.
* Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and physicians, communicating changes in residents' conditions and participating in care planning discussions.
**Requirements:**
* NMC Registered.
* Previous experience within a similar role.
