Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Beauty Expert to join our team at Metrocentre. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service, answer product-related questions, and make recommendations to drive sales growth.
• Brow Services - Offer expert brow styling services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, to ensure customers achieve their desired look.
• Teamwork and Collaboration - Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Product Knowledge and Training - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, attend training sessions, and share expertise with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Store Maintenance and Hygiene - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous Experience - Proven experience in a beauty-related role, with a strong understanding of brow styling and makeup techniques.
• Product Knowledge - In-depth knowledge of Benefit Cosmetics products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Communication Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Time Management - Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
