About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Surgical Ward Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in the effective management of the clinical area.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise colleagues. They will also have a strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and budget management.

As a Deputy Surgical Ward Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Team Leader in the management of the clinical area
  • Leading education and training initiatives
  • Implementing clinical governance and risk management processes
  • Managing budgets and resources
