We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our client's nursing and healthcare facilities. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the facilities while upholding the highest standards of patient care and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the daily operations of our nursing and healthcare facilities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the nursing and administrative staff to maintain a high level of patient care and quality services.
- Lead and support the nursing and healthcare teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the facilities and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the facilities.
