Job Overview

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Engineering Technician to join our team at Wills Consultants, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in engineering, finance, and office professionals.

This role requires shift work of 2 12-hour days, 2 12-hour nights, and 6 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance functions and troubleshoot automation systems
  • Operate and maintain conveyors and cranes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Equivalent to an NVQ/C&G's/BTEC Level 3 or higher in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline
  • Good knowledge of maintenance functions and automation within engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer skills
  • Experience with conveyors and cranes
