Job Title: Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Integrated Environmental Technology Group (IETG). As a key member of our Flow Operations Department, you will play a crucial role in assisting our field crew teams in completing maintenance and removals of field-based equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize installations and maintenance to meet contractual obligations and work requests from Data Analysts.
  • Logistically group and order maintenance and produce route plans for maintenance teams.
  • Create daily and weekly plans for site field crews using Ulysses, information gathered from land registry and traffic permits applied for.
  • Manage incoming paperwork and electronic site sheets, including data and photographs returned from site, and maintain databases as required.
  • Provide supporting information on crew and contracts performance as required.
Requirements:
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience of scheduling.
  • Knowledge of NRSWA.
