Job Overview:
This role is a seasonal position, with the potential for extension. Manpower UK Ltd is seeking dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional landscaping services to various clients. Your duties will include:
  • Grass cutting and strimming
  • Hedge trimming and pruning
  • Flower bed upkeep
  • Ensuring safety protocols are adhered to
  • Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment

Training:
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, along with a standard induction focused on best practices.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • A valid UK Driving License
  • A willingness to learn and engage in training
  • A safety-conscious approach
  • Capability to operate various tools and equipment safely

  • Previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance position is advantageous
