About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our small team at Future Publishing. As a key member of our Service & Operations department, you will be responsible for managing external operational processes, including partner change management, partner governance, and data processing.

This is an exciting opportunity to acquire expert product knowledge across Insurance and Energy, as well as gain a wider understanding of our core business, linking into commercial, financial, and regulatory processes. You will work closely with our dynamic team to share knowledge and experience, continuously reviewing and enhancing existing processes with a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day partner and supplier changes, identifying and mitigating risks to customers and the business.
  • Provide an excellent service to our business partners, ensuring seamless operational processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to review and enhance existing processes, prioritizing customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of GDPR regulations relating to customer data.
