We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Improvement Project Manager to join our Service Improvement, Quality and Practice (SIQP) team at Nottinghamshire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cultural mission to create a caring and empowering culture.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development and implementation of service improvement projects, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service managers, team leaders, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
