Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional contract services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Commercially astute and having contract knowledge, you will create ITT packs, review tenders, and make structured recommendations.
  • Confident in front of Contractors, Clients, and Consultants, you will support the PMO function ensuring excellent standards of Administration, Governance, and financial returns.
  • You will assist Project Managers to identify simple profitable delivery routes for all above base activities.
  • Attend client weekly meetings to communicate status and progress of works.
  • Drive a strong Health and Safety culture within the team.
