Civil Nuclear Constabulary National Firearms Instructor (NFI) Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Firearms Instructor to join our team at the Civil Nuclear Constabulary. As a key member of our firearms training team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of firearms training to our officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of firearms training programs, including tactical and range training, classroom-based training, and lesson preparation.
- Coach and develop firearms tactics and weapon handling skills to a broad range of officers, from initial firearms courses to experienced firearms officers.
- Develop and facilitate training content, including lesson plans and assessments.
- Collaborate with other training specialists to ensure consistency and quality in firearms training.
Requirements:
- Current or recent experience as a National Firearms Instructor or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality firearms training programs.
- Excellent coaching and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
