About The Role

In this role, you will engage with customers, create inspiring kitchen and bedroom designs, and oversee the complete Wren experience. While prior design experience is beneficial, a proactive and target-oriented mindset is essential.

Your compensation will include a base salary of £23,920, complemented by uncapped commission, with an expected total earnings potential of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers with innovative kitchen and bedroom designs that lead to sales.
  • Promote additional products and services, including financing options and installation services.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
  • Ensure a premier customer experience from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain an accurate and current order database, keeping in contact with every customer.
As a responsible team member, you are expected to understand and comply with health and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
