Job Title: Part Time Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaner to join our team at the Australian High Commission. As a Part Time Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the internal areas of the building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all areas of the building are clean and tidy, including the toilets, floors, and other surfaces.
  • Empty bins and recycling containers, and replace liners as needed.
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
  • Work independently and use your own initiative to complete tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
  • Good communication skills and commitment to quality.
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide 5-year checkable referencing history.
