Lift Operations Manager

Position Title:
Lift Supervisor

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Compensation: £23 per hour on weekdays & time and a half on Saturdays

Working Hours: Up to 10 hours compensated daily on weekdays

Contract Length: 12-18 months

Parking: Complimentary parking available on-site

Primary Duties:
  • Overseeing lift operations
  • Coordinating lift activities with project teams
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols
  • In-depth knowledge of lift operations and safety standards
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Attention to detail and proficient problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
  • CPCS Blue Slinger/Signaller & Crane Supervisor certification required
  • Prior experience in Water, Tunnelling, or Civil Engineering projects
  • CSCS Card is a plus
