Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-level and low-level technical designs to meet customer requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to project teams on various aspects of infrastructure solutions
  • Produce high-quality design documentation, including diagrams and supporting text
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure that all agreed business requirements are implemented in the overall solution
  • Support the Solutions Architect in developing and enhancing standards, policies, and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in creating high-quality design documentation
  • In-depth understanding of technology in key areas such as Microsoft, Cloud, Citrix, and Cyber Security
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering quality technical artefacts
  • Technical SME with in-depth knowledge and understanding of multiple technologies
