  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough cost analyses and provide recommendations to stakeholders on cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a residential development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management principles, including procurement, construction, and materials.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
