Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our Risk Management Solutions team at Gallagher Global Brokerage. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the complexities of risk management and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored risk management solutions.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the event of unexpected disruptions.
- Provide expert advice on risk management best practices and industry trends.
- Work closely with our broking, claims, and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of risk management services.
- You have a strong background in risk management, with a degree in a relevant field and professional certifications such as CMIOSH.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management solutions.
- You are familiar with industry regulations and guidelines, including those related to health and safety, business continuity, and environmental management.
- You are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
