We are seeking an experienced property manager to join our team at Turner Wise. As a property manager, you will be responsible for the direct management of an assigned property portfolio, ensuring a smooth journey for landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to landlord and tenant property queries and issues
  • Proactive communication with both the landlord and tenant, compiling relevant reports
  • Obtain competitive quotations and instruct contractors
  • Organize inventory, check-in and check-out appointments, and distribute reports
  • Keep property records up to date
  • Process invoices in a timely manner
  • Set up and close down utilities
  • Organize timely safety checks and any required remedial works to completion
  • Distribute safety records to all relevant parties
  • Evaluate end of tenancy reports, propose damage to the landlord, and manage deposit distribution
  • Book and monitor work

Salary: £34-36k plus bonus
