Contract Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Support Administrator to join our team at Apleona UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and site staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide contract administration support to clients and site staff
  • Manage the company CAFM system to ensure compliance with contract and statutory requirements
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the helpdesk team and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders
  • Administer PPM scheduling for engineers on site
  • Support the contract manager with reports and raise purchase orders for materials and sub-contractor works
Requirements:
  • Experience of CAFM systems
  • Proven experience of working within a challenging service and maintenance related environment
  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks through to completion and to manage competing priorities
  • Detail orientated, numerate and accurate
  • IT literate with strong skills in using MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
