Returns Processing Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operative Returns Specialist to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for processing returned goods, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Returns Processing: Accurately process returned goods using HHT (scanning goods back into warehouse) and ensure timely separation of goods into correct cages.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous Warehouse Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or returns processing environment.
- Transportation: Must have own reliable transportation to and from work.
- Language Skills: Good level of English language proficiency.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.

- Machinery and Power Tools: Risk of injuries due to use of power tools and machinery.
