Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced LEGAL risk & compliance professional to join their London office as a Risk & Compliance Manager (on either a 6m or 12m FTC basis).
About the Role:The Risk & Compliance team supports the firm across all offices/jurisdictions. As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will provide additional capacity and resource to the firm's Head of Risk & Compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance with day-to-day risk & compliance queries
- Preparing and providing training on regulatory and other risk & compliance topics
- Assisting and supporting the business with onboarding queries
To be considered for this Risk & Compliance Manager FTC, you will need to have/be the following:
- Previous LEGAL risk & compliance experience at Supervisor/Manager level
- A strong understanding of the SRA Codes of Conduct and AML regulations
- Ability to commit to a 6m or 12m FTC, as well as attend the London office at least twice a week
