Job Opportunity

White Horse Employment is seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join their Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the HubSpot platform, ensuring accurate data across the business, and providing support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining HubSpot to ensure effective data and processes across the business.
  • General housekeeping of HubSpot, archiving old data, and keeping everything up to date.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to update data and chasing uploads when necessary.
  • Supporting the sales team with creating sales emails, sending requested information, and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
  • Using data to provide insights on performance to the wider team.
  • Responding to internal customer queries.
  • Supporting with internal communications and website maintenance when required.

Requirements:

  • Marketing or communications qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge and substantial experience using a CRM platform, preferably Hubspot.
  • Brilliant attention to detail and ability to manage high levels of data.
  • A strong knowledge of email marketing software's (e.g. HubSpot or MailChimp).
  • Previous experience within an internal B2B communications role advantageous.
  • Excellent all-round communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Copywriting and grammar/proofreading skills are advantageous.
  • A quick, confident learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
