About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, working closely with the General Manager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing staff rotas and timesheets
  • Supporting the delivery of Park Sports' vision, mission, and values
  • Assisting the General Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Managing court, pitch, and course bookings
  • Addressing customer complaints and issues
  • Performing administrative tasks, including data entry and invoicing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a sports management role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in using email, spreadsheet, and invoicing software
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
