Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - International

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer - International to join our team at Hydrasun Group Ltd. This role will provide engineered technical sales support to our International Sales Team, International Branches, and Hydrasun Agents/Partners in designated geographical markets and/or assigned key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical sales support to the International Sales Team, International Branches, and Hydrasun Agents/Partners.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer representatives.
  • Manage customer service performance and ensure all customer requirements are reflected in Hydrasun quotations.
  • Process, deliver, and invoice orders expediently and within agreed timescales.
  • Maximize opportunities to generate revenue from additional products or services.
  • Liaise with other departments and branches regarding product availability, delivery times, or product assembly/manufacture.
Requirements:
  • BEng Mechanical Engineering or similar Mechanical Engineering qualification.
  • Demonstratable experience working as part of a Technical Sales team with an excellent level of customer service and drive to support clients.
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineering Status.
  • Experience of Export Sales and/or International Sales within the Energy/Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the Hydrasun product range, particularly Hose Assemblies.
