Product Designer - Commercial Financing

At Burns Sheehan, we're seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative commercial financing solutions. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end experiences that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user-centered products that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product vision, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Apply user research insights to inform design decisions and drive product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across products.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on commercial financing or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
