Job Title: Plastering Trainer and Assessor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastering Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Plastering Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices in the Plastering trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Assessment: Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive education in Plastering.
  • Practical Instruction: Collaborate with learners and industry partners to plan and execute practical learning days, ensuring safety and educational value.
  • Student Support: Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in professional development to stay current with industry standards and educational best practices.
  • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Enrichment Activities: Participate in the company's enrichment programs and support the planning of educational trips and visits.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Plastering.
  • Assessor Award: A1 Assessor Award or willingness to work towards.
  • Teaching Qualification: Teaching qualification (DTLLs, PGCE, or equivalent) Level 4 - desirable.
  • Experience: Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners.
