Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Agronomy Trials Technician to work with our team of experts in delivering field trials and demonstration plots across a range of crop species. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of agronomy, including varietal performance evaluation, disease management, and crop monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field trials and demonstration plots to evaluate varietal performance and crop resilience
  • Develop and implement agronomic strategies to optimize crop yields and quality
  • Collaborate with the research team to design and deliver trials and demonstration plots
  • Monitor and analyze crop performance data to inform decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of research reports and publications

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in agronomy and a keen interest in crop performance and disease management. You will also need excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
