Job Description

**Job Title:** Field Service Engineer

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** On the road, field service in Dundee

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing professional service to our key accounts, attending sites for installing new equipment, carrying out diagnostic and preventative maintenance, and performing monetary collections.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install and maintain arcade equipment, including performing preventative maintenance and testing for all types of games.
  • Perform monetary collections and handle cash responsibly according to company standards.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with the Regional Service Manager and Supervisor, working to the Rota produced by them on a monthly basis.
  • Perform ad hoc duties reasonably requested by the Regional Manager/Supervisor.
