About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London in Leeds. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales during our peak trading period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand/store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries

Requirements
