LUCIEG CONSULTING LTD is a reputable brokerage firm, recognized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We take pride in being a leader in the insurance market, committed to promoting ethical practices and sustainability. We are currently expanding our team and are in search of 8 experienced Home Insurance Advisors, each with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass new business objectives.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of general insurance products from major UK providers.
  • Manage the complete application process, ensuring customer needs are effectively identified and met.
  • Provide clients with accurate and compliant advice regarding insurance products.
  • Ensure clients have a clear understanding of available products and services.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding to determine suitable coverage levels.
  • Engage with providers professionally to explore potential discounts tailored to client needs.
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and adhere to the electronic sales process within the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach, with at least three years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Effective task management abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • CII Certification is considered an asset.
