Job Description

Job Title: Quality Control Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for identifying and implementing improvements to our quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future quality issues
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
