Job Title: Lead Full-Stack Sitecore Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full-Stack Sitecore Developer to join our team at Digitas UK. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge web solutions using Sitecore CMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Sitecore developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and develop backend services and APIs with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Work with interface developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate backend services and create a seamless user experience.
  • Maintain high coding standards, quality, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Lead third-party integrations and data synchronization between systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex backend issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our tech stacks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Sitecore CMS, preferably XM Cloud, including customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore SXA & JSS.
  • Strong understanding of backend development principles, including GraphQL & RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.
  • Experience with frontend development frameworks such as React and Next.js.
  • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
