Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Civils Engineer to join our team in the Royal Tunbridge Wells area. As a fast-growing company, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and locate blockages in the underground system on the BT network.
  • Ensure risk assessments are carried out and all processes are followed regarding permits.
  • Reinstate and make good groundworks and accreditations, with experience using heavy machinery, jackhammers, stihlsaws, and wacker plates.
  • Provide excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
  • Prioritize tasks and find the best customer solutions possible.
  • Travel to different areas of the country, with accommodation provided when required.
  • Work irregular hours and overtime to achieve customer service targets.
  • Be medically fit and able to perform a physically demanding job in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hold relevant accreditations, including NRSWA 01 – 08, LA – CAT and Genny, SA004 – Abrasive Wheels, and SAOO2 – PIA Underground Safety.
