Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Surgical Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
- Lead daily safety briefings to communicate essential information and address any concerns promptly.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and facilitate their professional development.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Promote health education and wellness initiatives for patients.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation in line with organizational policies.
