Key Responsibilities- Design, Develop, and Maintain Robust Backend Services
- Utilize Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend services.
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade APIs and backend services that support our SaaS platform.
- Define database structure and compose SQL queries.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and sustainability expert teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Quick learner and ability to understand complex business cases with minimum handholding.
- Communication and Client Interaction
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in client calls together with our business experts to understand client needs and provide technical expertise.
- Experience and Skills
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Java Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in Web development, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
