Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and inspirational Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who cannot currently access mainstream education.

The Role:

As a Tutor, you will work closely with our team to provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Your expertise and passion for teaching will make a significant difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, 1:1 tuition to students with SEN
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and progress for students
  • Contribute to the development of our teaching resources and materials

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience working with students with SENStrong teaching and communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritiesPassion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives
