We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior MDM Analyst to join our team in Cannock, Tunbridge Wells, or Edinburgh. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality market data administration, Market Data Management (MDM) inventory support, and vendor management to our global managed service customers.

This is an entry-level position that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development. You will work closely with our customers to understand their market data needs and provide tailored solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate market data inventory using Calero's cutting-edge MDM software
  • Coordinating software updates within our global team, including internal testing
  • Assisting customers in User Acceptance Testing
  • Reviewing and auditing existing processes to ensure effective performance and compliance with mutually agreed requirements and control procedures
  • Providing excellent Excel skills and basic SQL skills (desirable)
