IFA Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Medlock Partners. As a key member of our financial services organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our Paraplanners and Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules at all times
  • Administer LOA processes and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and providers
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to adapt to new software packages
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional phone manner
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a financial services organization, with a strong understanding of regulations and compliance
  • Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new software packages quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
