Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from client brief to placement, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in executive search, ideally within construction or engineering, with a strong understanding of the US construction market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and juggle projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and LinkedIn, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.
  • A clear path to progression, with opportunities to manage the full US Civil Construction market and build your own team.
