Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance Plumber)

Location: HMP Wandsworth (SW18)

Salary: £36,000 + an additional 5% salary for shift and weekend work

Contract: Full Time - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in plumbing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Water Supply Regulations and Control of Legionella L8 standards.
  • Experience with commercial or industrial heating and water systems.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Qualifications: C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and Heating), and NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
