Job Summary:

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy seeking a skilled Residential Building Surveyor to join their national team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out building surveys and providing expert advice to private clients in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough building surveys to identify structural and building defects
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients
  • Work closely with the consultancy's team to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:

  • MRICS/FRICS qualification (AssocRICS considered)
  • Extensive experience in structural and building defects
