As a Supply & Demand Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic projects and improving visibility across the supply chain, ensuring inventory levels are optimized.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain replenishment strategies and supply chain parameters to achieve exceptional customer service while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Identify and mitigate manufacturing supply risks through collaborative efforts with key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute inventory ramp-ups and downs in response to strategic inventory, industrial transfers, commercial events, new product introductions, and end-of-life scenarios.
  • Effectively communicate complex situations to stakeholders, enabling rapid decision-making and forward progress.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree-qualified or overseas equivalent with a strong background in supply or demand planning.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with experience using SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong continuous improvement mindset.
