About the Role

The Operational Resilience Team is part of the Operations division, responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities to maintain effective Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the Operational Resilience framework in alignment with regulatory standards to support MUFG's strategic goals.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships across MUFG entities in the UK and Europe, influencing senior management, enhancing the Operational Resilience Framework, and working closely with the DORA Programme Team to strengthen operational resilience capabilities.
  • Manage Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical/Important Functions (CIFs) in line with the Operational Resilience Framework.
  • Monitor and assess resilience of IBS and CIFs related to supply chain resilience.
  • Oversee testing activities aligned with Operational Resilience requirements.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, define remedial actions, and monitor their implementation.

  • Strong communication and influencing abilities to advocate for operational resilience and build relationships.
