Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Practitioner to join our team. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working closely with our existing team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations to patients
  • Conduct home visits as necessary
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as required
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients with complex needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
Person Specification

We are looking for a General Practitioner who:

  • Is GMC registered and currently on a CCG performers list
  • Has experience working in UK General Practice
  • Has experience working with vulnerable groups
  • Is able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
