Family Safeguarding Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Team in the Greater Manchester area as an Advanced Practitioner.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team that protects children from abuse and maltreatment. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring children grow up in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interventions to identify and mitigate risks to children's safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families, working closely with other agencies and professionals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partners on child safeguarding and protection.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training and development programs for staff.
