About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Applause IT, a fast-growing company revolutionising outsourced payroll and benefits services. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to the expansion of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals, to consistently exceed financial and performance targets.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of relevant market sectors and value propositions to effectively communicate the benefits of our employee engagement solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with partners and support marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Identify new areas for company expansion and contribute to strategic development to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent the brand at conferences and business events to showcase our expertise and build industry connections.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in selling complex service solutions, preferably in outsourced services.
  • Experience with payroll and pensions or workplace benefits is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills to build strong partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems and sales pipelines to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong numeracy and understanding of financial models, including VAT, tax, and cash flow, to make informed business decisions.
